Jennifer Herz brings over thirty years of commercialisation experience in vaccines and biopharmaceuticals, with responsibility across European, Australian and New Zealand markets. She was the first Managing Director of Sanofi Pasteur in Australia, taking the business from a start-up to an established supplier of vaccines across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region.

She co-founded Biointelect and Biocelect to provide end-to-end commercialisation services to the biopharmaceutical sector. Under her leadership, Biointelect has delivered more than 650 projects across product development and integrated commercial strategy, including successful FDA, EMA and TGA approvals and global launches.

Jennifer is a steering committee member of the Australian AMR Network (AAMRNet), and has been active in European and international industry association working groups responsible for liaison with health authorities, including European institutions and the WHO. She has more than twenty years of board experience across listed, private and not-for-profit organisations, currently serving as a director of the Australian subsidiaries of two NASDAQ-listed biotechnology companies, and previously as Director and Vice Chair of the Board of Medicines Australia.
